Our chef, AJ Frye, grew up in a restaurant kitchen. AJ has been cooking all over the country and has brought his knowledge and experience from around the world to LOCAL on cooper. Leading a team including our house baker, we have sourced as many local ingredients as possible. We look forward to always providing the freshest food and baked goods in the valley.,
